My Stormy Mood

Follow a child as they experience overwhelming negative emotion as a terrible storm rips through their world.

Journey alongside the child as they go from a tornado of angry destruction to a place of healing where they can listen to the birds singing songs.

Included at the end are suggested methods for calming and reducing the duration of such explosions in the future.

Eleanor Ash has dedicated herself to providing children with the tools they need to be successful when managing their own mental health.

My Stormy Mood is different from her usual workbook style. A great resource so you and your child will be able to talk about what is happening using the same familiar words and phrases.
