Fijne slaap meditatie met rustige achtergrond muziek. Het einde is alleen ontzettend irritant: het fluistergedeelte is zo onduidelijk dat je gehoor er weer wakker van wordt en als je dan nog niet wakker genoeg was: dan word je het vanzelf van de reclame/website op het einde. Bummer

Nice meditation, but my alarm in the morning has birds chirping so I couldn’t fully focus because of the birds in this meditation.
