Goed en interessant uitgangspunt maar boek had de helft korter gekund al ál die aanhalingen van studies eruit was gelaten. Dat maakte het saai.

Beetje langdradig (Amerikaans) maar daardoor pak je wel de boodschap en ben je bereid om dit proces aan te gaan.… denk dat dit het antwoord is als je een relaxte relatie wil met eten en meer tijd wil overhouden voor dingen die echt belangrijk zijn.
