First, there are a few things that we must check; - are you sure you are ready to actually go to sleep? - Are you feeling suitably tired? - Is there anything you need to do beforehand? - If there is or you have something on your mind, then please go ahead and see to it and then return to the recording.
If you are now ready and feeling comfortable we will begin
Now as you make yourself comfortable lying down you can allow yourself to feel positive and optimistic about the good night’s sleep ahead…

Fokuserer op at du bare skal falle i søvn så mye at den minner meg på at jeg ikke får sove.

Snakker for mye om at det er greit å sove, blir dermed en hevlig påminnelse om hva man allerede sliter med. Ikke bra meditasjon
