I didn't mean to fall in love with her; I swear I didn't. Mercy DeCorte was the good girl of the WNBA. With two rings, a thriving career, and an unblemished image, she didn't need someone like me in her corner, causing havoc. See me? I was the bad boy of the NBA, known to throw hands with anyone on and off the court. Associating with me would ruin Mercy's image. She knew that, but she didn't care.
