A book filled with practical, hands-on advise and steps to follow for anyone interested in learning about how to combine the four areas to a healthier and stronger body and mind. It is almost information overload, and I found the best time to listen was at the gym where the mind and mood is right to take in everything, and audiobook format becomes practical in that sense. However the downside of course being that you need to trust your memory to remember everything. If I had the hard copy version, I most likely would rate the book four stars.
