Boken är ett massa ordkverulerande och han säljer in sina egna produkter, principen funkar (säkert väldigt bra för vissa) men man måste sålla på de som säljs o de som han säger, googlar man han så ser man att han har en extrem livsstil och har gjort många förändringar som kan göra en bra förbättring i hans liv men mest blir jag irriterad han vill sälja sina egna dyra produkter som den entreprenör han är. Det finns ingen forskning bakom de han säger som stämmer o han axplockar de forskningar som stödjer hans åsikt
