Denna bok är till stor del en självbiografi där Chris berättar om sitt liv som global gisslanförhandlare. Mycket känns som efterkonstruktioner och de gånger förhandlingar gick fel var felet alltid nån annans än chris själv eller hans metoder. Överlag väldigt självcentrerad bok. När det gäller hans förhandlingtips är det väldigt basic: ställa öppna frågor, visa empati och förståelse, etc. Som säljare lärde jag mig inte mycket. Hade jag kunnat vrida tillbaka tiden hade jag istället läst en sammanfattning på en sida och sen läst nåt annat.

Wow!!! I will take one advice learned in this book ; re-listen to a negotiation to find if you missed any parts…. So; All though I already found life changing information in my first read, I’m afraid to have missed anything, so I will now re-read this book again to see if I can snap up some more invaluable lessons.
