Saknar avslappning i början. Kan kanske vara bra för den som vill börja med meditation och har svårt att vara still i 5 minuter

Själva Yoga Nidra-delen i början var bra, men väldigt kort. Det långa partiet med vågskvalp var visserligen mysigt, men det håller inte tankar på annat borta som en guidad meditation gör. Och att det bara slutar utan att guida tillbaka till verkligheten/omgivningen kändes avhugget för mig som är van vid traditionell Yoga Nidra.
