有些总裁“舍不得”，不能够“放心”，没有条件“放手”，终于累坏自己，也拖垮企业。舍得让下属表现，舍得让大家分享利益，也舍得回馈社会，更舍得礼贤下士，这样的总裁，才能“得”人，因而成“事”。
