内容简介： 范子侠，江苏丰县人。高等小学毕业后入中学半工半读。后入东北军，被选进天津入东北军随营学校学习，历任东北军参谋、排长、连长、营长、团长等职。1939年11月，率部接受共产党领导，将所部改编为八路军平汉抗日游击纵队，任司令员。同年加入中国共产党。1940年2月，率部转至山西武乡八路军总部附近，与八路军各部协同抗日。5月上旬,指挥部队参加白晋铁路破击战。后任八路军第129师新编10旅旅长、平汉纵队司令员兼太行军区第6分区司令员，被选为晋冀鲁豫边区临时参议会参议员。率部参加了冀西反"十一路围攻"、百团大战、黄崖洞保卫战等战役。1942年2月，参加沙河县柴关一带反日寇"扫荡"。12日，在与日寇作战中英勇牺牲，时年34岁。本书记录了范子侠将军戎马倥偬、疆场驰骋的一生。
