内容简介： 《翻译教师教学能力研究：结构、现状、发展》聚焦于本科翻译专业教师的教学能力。首先在前人已有研究基础上进一步明确教师教学能力的内涵,借鉴翻译学、教育学、心理学相关理论构建出翻译教师的教学能力结构框架，并参照国际培训、绩效、教学标准委员会（IBSTPI）开发的《教师能力标准》，提出翻译教师的教学能力标准准与等级，为后续实证研究的开展提供必要的理论支撑和实践指南。其次，根据翻译教师教学能力标准与等级制定翻译教师教学能力调查问卷，选取样本院校，对现任翻译教师教学能力现状及其发展状况进行问卷调查，分析其存在的问题。最后，根据对翻译教师教学能力发展方式的调查结果，提出翻译教师自我发展的原则和内控式发展路径。
