하지만 이 책에서는 ‘우리나라 선거제도’편만을 다루었는데 21세기 정치 사회적 혼란기의 우리가 가질 민주주의 선거란 무엇인가를 파악하고, 역사적 발전 단계를 인식하는 선거의 기초적 고찰 자료로 제공하였다.
