Carly Jenner is a rising star attorney at one of the most prestigious law firms in New York City: Barr Knoll LLP, named for the larger-than-life founder for whom Carly has wanted to work since she was a little girl. In a dual timeline flashing between the present day and more than a decade earlier when the Triplets were still alive, a story unravels of lies and deception and power grabs at Barr Knoll from the past that have had a lasting ripple effect.
