Brightside: A Novel

Joe's telepathy sends him to Brightside, a beautiful mountain town that is really a prison, where every resident can hear the thoughts he cannot hide.

Across the country, people who can read minds are being rounded up. Joe is one of them. His ability lands him in Brightside, a secluded mountain town sold as a peaceful refuge and run like a prison. The residents have homes, jobs, relationships, and no privacy at all. Everyone around Joe can hear the thoughts he can't control, and the people running Brightside are watching for the first sign of resistance.

A new relationship gives him a reason to hope. But hope is dangerous in a place built to expose every secret. As Joe learns what Brightside really is, he has to decide how much of himself he can protect, and what freedom will cost.

Perfect for fans of Blake Crouch, Black Mirror, and psychological science-fiction thrillers.

In Brightside, the walls aren't the only thing keeping you trapped. Your own mind may do the rest. Book 1 of the Brightside Saga.
