Hedy Lamarr (1914-2000): Ein Teenager aus Döbling wurde in den 1930er-Jahren durch „skandalöse“ Nacktszenen und die erste Darstellung eines weiblichen Orgasmus in der Filmgeschichte zum Arthouse-Filmstar. In Hollywood stieg sie kurzfristig zur größten Leinwandgöttin aller Zeiten auf. Als Jüdin und Hitler-Gegnerin erlebte sie die Zäsuren und Brüche fast des gesamten 20. Jahrhunderts. Heute gilt sie als „Mrs. Bluetooth“. Die Historikerin Michaela Lindinger entkräftet auf Basis neuer Quellen gängige Klischees und Falschinformationen, porträtiert eine Frau mit Ecken und Kanten und zeichnet so völlig neues Bild der ehemals „schönsten Frau der Welt“.
