This short audio presentation presentation by Dr Denis McBrinn and narrated by Sara Dylan is designed to bring clear understanding of the many ways in which the Bible encourages us to “Live Courageously” in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and to give you an opportunity to focus and reflect on the level of courage currently in your life." Fear is a basic survival instinct that will always be with us on this human journey. Feelings of fear are perfectly normal and are nothing to be denied or ashamed off. Because we need fear for survival, fear will always be on guard and it has to be hyper-vigilant but it can be over-protective – if we let it. If we become a slave to fear, we will miss out on opportunities to grow spiritually and we won’t realise the life God wants us to experience. This audio listening experience will include a meditation or reflection to support you as you strive to live courageously.
