[Satisfactio. (Im-)Possiblities of Redemption] With this anthology titled "Satisfactio" the DFG-network "Bearing Guilt. The Church and its Guilt" summarizes a three-year discussion process. After both the publications "Contritio" (BÖR 114) and "Confessio" (BÖR 118), it sheds light on the question of how relations that are broken by guilt can be transformed. Even more than it is the case with regret (confessio) and confession of guilt (contritio), the idea of human activity is central to "satisfactio". It aims at identifying responsibilities as well as demanding to accept these responsibilities. The publication closes with ten theses that can be understood as a "condensate" of the network's discussion.
