Siberia

A DARK, CINEMATIC AND ADDICTIVE ESPIONAGE THRILLER WHERE THE PAST NEVER STAYS BURIED.

Maria Nikolayevna Ivanova, known as Masha, is no ordinary killer. A former special forces soldier and chistilshitsa working for the darkest, most illegal branch of the Russian Federal Security Service, she carries out impossible assignments with cold, precise and merciless efficiency.

Her new target seems straightforward: eliminate Txema Beristain, a Basque writer and screenwriter preparing a book about Europe’s great train journeys. To intercept him, Masha heads to the Costa del Sol and the luxurious Al Andalus train, convinced she only needs to get close enough to complete the job.

But Txema is not just another traveler.

Years earlier, during a journey through Siberia, he lived through a story marked by love, loss and a state secret hidden beneath the frozen tundra. A secret powerful enough to compromise those who still pull the strings from the shadows—and one that may now be about to come to light.

Between secret services, assassinations, counterintelligence, train journeys, desire, betrayal and a pursuit that crosses borders and timelines, Masha will discover that some missions become far more dangerous when the target has something to reveal.

Siberia is the first book in the Eastern European Trilogy, an action-packed espionage thriller inspired by a true story, with a relentless pace, a noir atmosphere and a protagonist as lethal as she is unforgettable.

An intense and explosive novel about the secrets that survive beneath the ice, the orders that allow no questions and the price of knowing too much.
