Behind the Iron Curtain, there are whispers of war, revolution and the mysterious Group 1917… When British Intelligence steals infrared images from Finland, they uncover more than they bargained for: the images contain clues that point towards an alarming Soviet conspiracy in the frozen climes of the Russo–Finnish border. The Red Army is planning a coup. If successful, it will trigger an invasion of Finland and Norway, and the next world war. Supported by the CIA, MI6 spymaster Aubrey sends a succession of field agents to the border on a mission, codenamed Snow Falcon. One by one, they all vanish. Snow Falcon must expose the Red Army’s plot, uncover the mysterious Group 1917, and find a man called Kutozov before it is too late. There is just time for one more attempt, and the stakes could not be higher. If the agent fails to report, the world will plunge into war once again… Icy-cold and fraught with political intrigue, Snow Falcon is perfect for fans of Tom Clancy and Jack Higgins.
