#2 I am a Christmas fanatic. I love everything about the holiday season, from the sentimental movies to the Rockwellian decorations. I love Christmas trees, and I always have. My parents would take me and my brother to buy a Christmas tree from a stand in front of a private girls’ school on 91st Street, a few blocks from our apartment.

#3 Mark and his brother were worried about their father. They thought he was very sick or possibly dying. Bernie seemed completely uninterested in anything around him.

#4 The baby’s nursery was still unfinished, and my friend Susan was planning on meeting me at our apartment with a contractor after I dropped Mark off at work that Wednesday morning. I was scared that Mark was having a heart attack.
