Or at least they should say that, because with Valentine's Day rapidly approaching at Cherry Avenue Middle School, relationship trouble is brewing like a volcano about to erupt. When Austin and Sophie set their sights on winning Cupid's Cutest Couple Contest, a series of challenges and a secret admirer will put their relationship to the test. And they're not the only ones with their eyes on the love prize. Of course, Randy, Austin's chief nemesis, is down for the crown, but he's not the only one attempting to destroy everyone's favorite nerd and all that he holds dear.

And that's not all. While Austin struggles to keep his relationship with Sophie afloat, he's forced to juggle a new job forced upon him by his friends and even a few teachers: love doctor. Yeah, he won't mess that up.
