التفسير الكبير أو مفاتيح الغيب هو كتاب تفسير للقرآن لفخر الدين الرازي (544 هـ - 606 هـ). وهذا التفسير من أهم تفاسير المدرسة التفسيرية المنتمية إلى التفسير بالرأي المحمود ، وأفضلها على الإطلاق. إذ يعد هذا التفسير موسوعة علمية خاصة في مجال الدين الإسلامي العام ، وعلم التفسير على وجه الخصوص. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، مستودع ضخم للتوجيهات العقلية والأقوال النظرية في التفسير. . يعد أطول من التفاسير القديمة والحديثة ، وأكثرها تفصيلاً وعرضاً لبعضها البعض. ويذكر فيه الإمام الرازي مناسبة السورة مع غيرها من المناسبات بين الآيات ، ويستطرد في العلوم الكونية ، ويتوسع بها ، كما يذكر قوائم الجودة والنحوية والبلاغية ، والاستنباطات العقلية. وينتصر لمذهب أهل السنة في العقيدة ، ويرد على الفرق الضالة ، ويفند مذاهبهم ، كما يرد على الفلاسفة.
