内容简介： 《商君书》亦称《商君》《商子》，战国时商鞅及其后学著作的合编。《汉书·艺文志》著录二十九篇，现存二十四篇。书中叙述商鞅变法主张，提出信赏必罚的法治要求，主张从法律上保护土地私有权，而把统治权力集中于君主一人，以建立中央集权的君主专制国家。此外，对于法的起源、本质、作用等，也有所论列。本次整理出版以朱师辙《商君书解诂定本》为底本，整理者对原文进行了精细点校，并在导言中全面梳理了该书的创作背景、主要内容、时代价值、版本流传情况等，能够为读者提供一个理想的阅读版本。
