内容简介： 《法国国家语言能力研究》以法国国家语言能力为研究对象，以文秋芳教授提出的国家语言能力新理论框架为理论基础，对法国国家语言能力进行深度研究，是国家语委重大科研项目"'国家语言能力'内涵及提升方略研究"的研究成果之一。本书首先梳理法国国家语言能力建设的历史，从国家语言治理能力、国家语言核心能力、国家语言战略能力等三个维度重点分析并阐述法国国家语言能力建设的相关政策、具体措施及成效，最后在此基础上归纳、提炼法国国家语言能力建设的特点，探讨其中的经验及教训，以期对我国的国家语言能力建设提供借鉴和参考。 作者简介： 戴冬梅，北京外国语大学教授、法语语言文化学院院长。毕业于北京外国语大学（文学硕士）、巴黎政治学院、巴黎一大（外交学硕士）与巴黎三大（与北外联合培养历史学博士）。现教授本科《国际政治》课和研究生《中法关系史》课。主要研究方向为法语教学和法国对外政策。曾发表学术论文三十余篇，是《欧洲语言共同参考框架》的主要中译者之一，《法语国家与地区研究》杂志和《法国发展报告》蓝皮书副主编。
