Description： 《清朝大歷史》是孟森先生清史研究的集大成之作，同時也是有關清史問題研究的代表性作品和奠基之作。孟森先生利用《清實錄》和《清史稿》，又兼采清廷檔冊及《朝鮮李朝實錄》等鮮為人用的史料，揭示剖析了清代歷史的諸多核心問題，對清朝二百多年的政治、經濟、文化進行了全面的述評。全書結構嚴謹，評論精當，用詞古雅，引文考究，是研習清史者之入門必讀書。 Author Biography： 孟森，字蓴孫，筆名心史，號陽湖孑遺。江蘇武進人，明清史學大師。早年畢業於江陰南菁書院，嗣留學於日本東京法政大學。歸國後，入鄭孝胥廣西兵備道幕府。後又出任《東方雜誌》主編。1913年1月，當選國會眾議員，7月又被選為憲法起草委員。翌年11月，國會解散，逐漸淡出政壇，專心明清史研究。1929年，受聘國立中央大學歷史系副教授。1931年，受聘國立北京大學歷史系教授。一生著述甚豐，主要有：《清初三大疑案考實》、《心史叢刊》、《明元清系通紀》、《明清史講義》等。
