This book is good for people who are already in the mindset to succeed in society's terms. Tips like focusing on one task at a time and turning off your phone to increase productivity are just helpful reminders . I listen to this while working on my art and while it may seem counterintuitive because i am multi tasking I actually feel quite driven and very determined to finish my homework and assignments . . As for people who have depression or anxiety , I definitely don't recommend this book .it is a motivational book.
