These beliefs and attitudes have been ingrained from a very young age, and it is destroying our men and their families. Depression and mental health issues are rising. In Australia we lose more than seven men to suicide each day.

Brett Dellar lived with depression for 30 years, almost all of his adult life, as a result of unresolved childhood trauma, never addressing the underlying cause or understanding the impact of being seen as a ‘man’ in today’s society.

Brett shares the journey of how he overcame his depression at the age of 50 and the lessons, tools and skills he learned along the way.
