With her consultancy company Ouzia, Ingrid's work has included projects to build an entrepreneurial culture, developing, launching and coaching innovation programmes for larger companies, and mentoring management roles in young, innovative companies. 

Ingrid was a guest lecturer on entrepreneurial team composition for Imperial College, London, the University of Brussels (VUB) and the Erasmus University College in Brussels. She has also been a keynote speaker and facilitator at innovation conferences all around the world. Ingrid has a Graduate Certificate in Creativity and Change Leadership from the State University of New York, Buffalo, is a FourSight Master Trainer in Mindset Certification, and a Certified MBTI Trainer Type I & II.
