Nutritionist and researcher tested many diets for clients and my self and found keto and intermittent fasting working best for metobolic syndrome. I found myself suffering with many ailments, and when testing this diet I found myself healing. After blood tests I found my cholesterol lowered liver enzymes lowered. I tried for 2 years trying other diets that never worked. Finally I made a lifestyle change, and healed myself of all health problems.
