There are many books already printed on this topic. What makes this work stand out from the rest is how clear and concise it is written. Though it is not intended to be an exhaustive treaty of the two exercises mentioned, it is a great reminder of the practices with some helpful advice. A must read for novices and even an encouragement for seasoned sages.
