#1 You must learn to control your emotions if you want to win the game of seduction. It is not necessary to become a cold-hearted bitch, but it is necessary to become aware of your emotions and their ability to control your actions.

#2 You must be aware of the fact that there are a lot of bad guys out there, and they’re everywhere. They know how to use a woman’s emotions against her by telling her in the most sincere ways what she wants to hear.

#3 Emotional creatures like us, ask ourselves why our exes are doing this to us. We make dozens of excuses as to why their behavior is forgivable. Then we plan how we’ll get them back. But this is a mistake, as it allows our emotions to influence our actions and decisions.

#4 We only do irrational things in order to feel better in the short term. We give in to our emotions in order to feel better in the short term, but we end up hurting even more over the long term.
