Thomas de Quincey

First published in 1862, “Recollections of the Lakes and the Lake Poets” is an insightful account of the author's personal experiences and relationships with the Lake Poets, a group of English poets who all resided in the Lake District of England and include William Wordsworth, Samuel Taylor Coleridge, and Robert Southey.
