The aim of the Exploring Feelings Training Manual by Helen McConachie based on Dr. Tony Attwood's Exploring Feelings: Anxiety book, is to guide people wishing to use the Exploring Feelings materials in group settings with young people who have Autism Spectrum Disorder and high anxiety.
