ABOUT THE ORIGINAL BOOK

"The Burning Bridge" by John Flanagan follows Will, Horace, and Evanlyn as they uncover a deceitful plot by the rebel warlord Morgarath. The group discovers that Morgarath intends to mislead the Araluen forces with false battle plans, constructing a bridge for a surprise attack.

 

As they attempt to thwart Morgarath's ambitions, the protagonists display bravery and determination, but face peril and must make sacrifices. Their resourcefulness is tested as they are thrust into the role of defenders of the kingdom. The narrative emphasizes themes of deception, courage, and the consequences of war.
