But through years of intentional recovery, learning, unlearning, growing, and healing, I finally found myself. I came home to me. I released the survival versions of myself that I had made, and created space for real flourishing.

I embraced the uncomfortable, vulnerable, and empowering work of change. Though terrifying at times, this journey liberated me from self-sabotage and generational trauma in ways I never imagined possible.
