‘I am are overloaded’, ‘my boss keeps overloading me with work’, ‘I won’t do that’, ‘why should I do it’, etc…. Have you heard this statement at work or from a fellow colleague? I totally agree there are moments in our career when we can be really overloaded. However, most often this mindset is due to a self-limiting attitude, lack of commitment and lack of motivation.
