4/5 Stars (%84/100)My first audiobook after a very long time and I absolutely loved this one. You should know by now that Neil Gaiman is one of my favourite authors. This book has been on my list for some time (the physical Turkish edition) but recently I got back into audiobooks. Since this is an hour-long listen, it was perfect for me.In the story, a father goes out to buy milk but gets kidnapped by aliens. It does not end there because he encounters a lot of fantastic creatures from 18th-century pirates to galactic police to a professor dinosaur to vampires. He safely comes back home and tells the story to his children. So, it is a story within story. This is for children mostly and maybe young adult. Yet, as an adult, I really enjoyed it. Listening to it and listening to it from Gaiman himself definitely helped me enjoy it more. I don't have any particular problems but I didn't enjoy it as much to give 5 stars and more rating. I would, however, definitely recommend it.
