Vita Bachman, former international Ukrainian rhythmic gymnast and now a highly respected coach, speaks openly with Bendy Bodies about her experience in the world of rhythmic gymnastics, both as an athlete and as a coach. Vita discusses how the sport has changed since she competed, and what factors influence how she coaches today.
