He talks about changing perceptions, building belief, and showing recruits that ASU is a destination worth buying into.
 
Dillingham also reflects on his coaching journey, including how Assistant Head Coach Charlie Ragle helped get him started, and why the Arizona State job is his dream role. He makes it clear this is where he wants to be, and where he plans to stay.
 
From facility upgrades and NIL growth to long-term vision and culture, Coach Dillingham lays out his blueprint for the future of Sun Devil football. On this NFL recap, The Boys, Will Compton and Taylor Lewan, are joined by Greg Olsen to break down everything from NFL Week 15.
 
The boys start with Philip Rivers ripping it at 44, proving once again that age might actually just be a number. They get into the Eagles getting back on track against the Raiders, and debate who the best team in the AFC really is as the playoff picture tightens up.

On this episode of Best of the Bus, the boys were joined by Nashville legend and comedian Nate Bargatze — and things get rolling quick.
 
Nate looks back on some of the questionable jobs he had growing up (including one so bad it ended up on Dirty Jobs). From there, the boys dive into his comedy journey — starting in Chicago before making the leap to New York, grinding through the chaos of thousands of comedians trying to find stage time, and figuring out his voice in one of the toughest comedy scenes in the world.
