We can also do the right thing by making good choices and being responsible even when we think no one will find out. Our actions have an impact on those around us, so it's important to always try our best to make the right choices.

We have many amazing qualities that make us who we are. And it’s the reason why we are so lovable! It's important to surround ourselves with those who love and support us. These are the people who will always be there for us, no matter what. They will encourage, uplift, and make us feel loved and valued. It’s just as important to remember to love ourselves through positive talk and self-appreciation.

Taking responsibility for our feelings, and the reactions that come with them, is an important skill to practice. It is especially important for having healthy relationships, or when we’re in a situation that makes us experience big feelings, like anger or sadness. It’s okay if we don’t react in the best way. We can use that interaction as a lesson to do better next time. We can remember to take time to reflect and regulate our emotions before reacting.

Being kind is simple. It can look like reminding friends of how smart they are, or cleaning up after a family dinner. Let’s choose to do and say caring things for others.
