Realigning Our Friendships + Relationships

Social anxiety is a big theme that all humans have to address and contend with. It comes from a good place - we want to feel love and belonging. But we’ve come to this point where the cost is way too big; we are contorting ourselves, losing ourselves, and abandoning ourselves in those moments, feeling drained and inauthentic and anything but filled up with connection after. Yes we can practice being our Real Selves in private but with others is where the tests and the magic can really lie. So let’s turn it around so it’s the magic that we get. Heres to our Rising

Overcoming Social Anxiety

If we really true understood another person we would be unable to judge them. There would only be total understanding of why they do and say what they do and say, and also so much acceptance that EVERYONE is simply… on their way. Everyone is getting to their most integrated selves but that’s not what we should measure them by. Add to that, our own filter of how well someone is doing has so much conditioning on it too. Being free of judgement is one of the biggest spiritual up levels we can have. This is why I believe Human Design is such a gift - because if you can SEE the people in your life, you cant judge them. And once there is compassion instead of judgement, you can’t help but feel love towards them. Understanding ourselves and each other will heal the world. Let’s talk about it.

Becoming Whole Again with Natalia Rose

We’ve been raised in a culture of figuring everything out - in order to be happy, figure out what you want. In order to end up somewhere good, figure out your goals. 

What if none of that is true? What if being so in the mind, controlling our destiny so tightly is just a false sense of safety and what if our Souls are ALREADY driving us towards our destiny regardless, and we just need to get out the way? This is the promise of Human Design: it says we just need to be our natural, organic selves, and the mechanics of Life will bring us right to places we couldnt even have concocted with those controlling minds if we tried.

Strengthening the Self with Michael and Monica Berg

We are going to experience mass spiritual awakening in 2025, and for those of us who are already on the path we have a huge responsibility to keep a very grounded approach to it all. We can’t just be repeating trippy platitudes such as ‘time doesn’t exist’ because it’s going to be very easy to be delusional and ungrounded. Health and Wellness for your Human Design

This week we are diving into the concept of Evil Eye: taking out the dogma and superstition, and analyzing it from an energetic lens. Like every area this is not about us being victims and other people being perpetrators - it’s about an energetic exchange that we all give and receive - AND we can change our consciousness so we opt out of both sides of it. 

It feels so much better to take responsibility for our own negative consciousness and then clean it up, with Love.
