On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the suspect in the assassination of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson has been caught. His radicalism most likely came from his education. Our culture has gotten very dark because the left controls it. The left’s dehumanization continues. Also, Daniel Penny has been acquitted in subway chokehold death of Jordan Neely. Neely should have been in a mental institution and his family should have been more aggressive in keeping him off the streets. This case had nothing to do with racism. We know what took place, Penny is a great Samaritan. Later, Syria collapsed in record time. Why? President Biden said it was thanks to him. Biden is as dishonest as they come. Iran is in a much weaker state right now thanks to Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel, not Biden. Afterward, there is a big misunderstanding of the 14th Amendment and birthright citizenship. The 14th Amendment doesn’t say that all persons born in the U.S. are citizens. There’s nothing in the Constitution that enshrines birthright citizenship.

Yes, it’s imperfect but if you compare it to Canada, France, or Britain – it’s superior. The celebration of a suspected murderer is dangerous and disgusting. Also, Senators Joni Ernst and Lindsey Graham are changing their tune on the nomination of Pete Hegseth. This is because millions of you who have had enough of this made your voices heard. Later, the DOJ in 2017 and 2018 secretly obtained phone and text messages from Congressional staffers and 2 members of Congress. Every media headline says Trump’s DOJ but Trump and Former AG Bill Barr didn’t know any of this was happening. This proves Trump’s point - that many in the FBI have gone rogue. The correct headline should be - rogue prosecutors obtain records without the knowledge of Trump or AG Barr. Afterward, there were guns, ammo, and terrorist flags found inside the home of 2 Students for Justice in Palestine leaders and there’s no news about it. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, there’s a drone infestation in the Northeast and the government says they don’t know what’s going on. How can the FBI, the FAA, the Air Force, and NASA not know who owns these drones? This seems like some kind of cover-up. Rep Chris Smith calls in and explains that these drones are not harmless. They are probably either from China, Iran, or Russia. Why is the Biden administration not authorizing a team to see where these drones are going? On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, President Biden is pardon crazy. He pardoned 39 people and commuted the sentences of 1,500 others. The media isn’t telling who he is pardoning - 2 were notorious fraudsters, some were Chinese spies and there are probably a lot more that will come out later on. Democrats tell us to embrace the system when it comes to Trump and Republicans but on the other hand, they say the judicial system gave tough sentences and they should be pardoned. This is the way a dictator thinks. There’s no reason for President-Elect Trump not to pardon the vast majority of the J6’ers. What’s happening to them is an injustice. Also, the White House has said that the drones you are seeing above NJ doesn’t exist. If you do see them, they’re being operated lawfully. Later, there has never been a time when we had an elected President, who has not been sworn in yet, who is filling the gap for the existing President. Trump is effectively the de facto President. World leaders want to talk to Trump, not Biden. Afterward, Julie Kelly calls in to discuss the DOJ’s IG report on confidential human sources on January 6th. It claimed that 26 FBI informants were present on January 6th. There is a difference between an FBI undercover agent (an employee) and an informant (a paid outside source.) These drones are mapping, and the government is concealing information. Most likely these are drones from China. Iran and Russia are too busy right now to do this. This is a massive coverup. Later, Sen Mitch McConnell and Rep Nancy Pelosi both fell injuring themselves. These people are too old to be representing us, they can’t do the job effectively. There must be term limits because they love holding on to power. Afterward, Secretary of State Antony Blinken is a traitor - he subsidized many terrorist entities in the Middle East through his policies. He treats Turkey’s mass murderer Erdogan with more respect than Benjamin Netanyahu.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, we’re getting very few details about the shooter at the Abundant Life Christian School. Why is there little information about the killer when these horrific shootings happen? Right away the media starts up with gun control, whatever that means, but this situation won’t be fixed with gun control. There is gun control in Wisconsin for 17-year-olds. Later, President-Elect Trump had a great press conference today. It was over an hour, and he weaved through different subjects with ease. The difference between Trump and President Biden is like night and day. Afterward, Judge Juan Merchan ruled that Trump doesn’t have immunity in his NYC case. Merchan needs to be forced to let go of this case by the Supreme Court. There is no guarantee the High Court will take it, but it may well if presented the right way. Also, Paul Kengor calls in and explains how deeply engaged Democrats and Ted Kennedy were with our Cold War enemies – they sold out to the Communists. Democrats should remember this as they push judgment on Trump’s nominees such as Tulsi Gabbard, Pete Hegseth, and Kash Patel. No Republican has ever done anything like Kennedy did. Finally, Jim Trusty calls in to discuss Biden’s pardons and commutations. Trusty prosecuted Josephine Gray in the late 1990s for her role in killing three lovers over 25 years – Biden gave her a commutation. The Biden administration claims the commutations and pardons are for “non-violent” offenders.

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the Loudoun County school system seems to be under the iron fist of the radical left. The local NAACP is angry after a teacher passed around some cotton during a history lesson on slavery and the invention of the cotton gin. You can’t pass cotton around as an example of what was produced and what took place in the South? Is this a joke? The NAACP has a lot of time on its hands. Loudoun County School shouldn’t apologize - they need a backbone to stand against this idiocy. Later, 14 suspects were detained in a home invasion, and kidnapping at the Aurora, Colorado apartments where the viral video surfaced of gang members from Tren de Aragua terrorizing residents. These blue states do not care about their citizens. We get lectured by Kamala Harris and Democrats on gun control, but they didn’t secure the border while illegal guns and drugs poured through. These Democrats need to stop being soft on crime and stop supporting soft prosecutors. Also, Rep Barry Loudermilk asked the FBI to investigate Liz Cheney for numerous federal laws broken during the January 6th committee. if you’re censoring information or tampering with witnesses and you use that to try and criminally indict someone - that’s out of line.

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the America First Legal Foundation sent a letter to Inspector General Horowitz requesting an investigation into Attorney General Merrick Garland. The letter questions whether Garland's memo may be preventing parents from practicing their constitutional right to protect their children and protest their government. The AFL letter also cites that Garland met with several John and Jane Doe's in the White House to plan a pretext to minimize the effect of parental mobilization, and the political impact such motivated parents could have on the upcoming midterm elections by using federal action against parents. The AFL letter also cites key dates in September 2021 where the Biden Administration concocted a plan -- an inside job -- to deter such a grassroots movement by parents by involving a third party's concocted complaint so that the Patriot Act could be used as a 'solution' to the pseudo-problem that they'd just created to advance their political agenda and stifle the speech of American citizens. Then, Americans' trust in the government and the media has dwindled. Perhaps it's because Sen Mitch McConnell agreed to the disastrous debt limit debacle. There would be no default on the U.S debt service yet frauds in the media are still reporting the exact opposite. Later, Biden's administration is made up of Marxists, and some unabashed bureaucrats even praise the former USSR and Marxian policies. Afterward, Rep. Brian Mast joins the show to discuss the ISIS-K suicide bomber, who killed 13 service members, was released from prison from Bagram Air Base on August 15.
