Well, in this episode, we dive into the chilling story of Marc Vincent Sappington, the Kansas City killer whose shocking crimes and disturbing acts of cannibalism left a community absolutely destroyed. Hopped up on drugs and paranoia, Marc's downward spiral turned deadly in ways no one could have seen coming.
