Joe Petito on Losing Gabby and Turning Grief Into Change | Have A Seat

Using the screen name “Jack_Loud,” the 26-year-old initiated contact with a decoy posing as a fifteen-year-old girl and drove to meet her. As he arrived, speaking with the decoy on the phone and circling the sting location, detectives moved in—surrounding his vehicle and taking him into custody. Known for his striking appearance and disarmingly blunt honesty, Zoellner initially refused to speak, but Chris’s persistence led to a revealing and chilling interview inside the police trailer.

49 years old Rob Culbertson, showed up at the sting house on his bike. He began chatting with a decoy named "Witheld", who pretended to be a thirteen year old boy. Rob lies about his age and says he is 40 when he was really 49. He tries to persuade the decoy to leave his house. The decoy later suggests that they meet at the sting house. Rob was considered a "fast mover", as it just took him an hour and thirteen minutes from when he contacted the decoy to arriving at the sting house.
