Excessive sugar consumption is an addiction, disrupting the same pathways in your brain, the same neurotransmitters and hormones altered by addiction to heroin and cocaine. It causes insulin resistance which causes you to crave more sugar. Sugar feeds bad bacteria in your gut aggravating any condition of bad digestion, and—via the gut brain connection—any mood disorder like depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder, even schizophrenia. It dramatically increases your risk of all neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.

High-fructose corn syrup and liquid sugars—soda, beer, fruit juice, ‘energy drinks’ are the worst.

CASE STUDIES; 60 year-old man makes full recovery from serious stroke with mostly natural treatment. 33 year-old woman with rapid heart rate and shortness of breath unexplained by five visits to the ER, makes full recovery with three weeks of natural care.
