Whether it's business, or any other profession, you're going to have negative experiences and situations. Being successful doesn't mean you never have bad moments. However, successful people are able to take negative moments and instead use them for their gain, by harnessing the energy from these experiences and using them positively. How do they do this? It's about perspective and a firm belief in what they're doing and where they're going. Listen closely to today's lesson and you can do the same.

How do you communicate with your clients? 

I'm sure you've done a bunch of readings on the best ways to communicate in business. I've put multiple lessons that touch one the same ideas: focus on your body language, make sure you're using proper tonality, etc. These are important and need to be strategized before you begin using them in the field but there's something even more vital towards your communication, the words. I've seen people talk themselves out of sure deals because they want to demonstrate their amazing vocabulary and I've seen people make deals because they get around the BS. There's no exact way to communicate, but there's always way to improve.

Dress for success. 

I'm sure you've heard this at least a few times in your life, and for good reason. Dressing yourself like an expert in your field does a few things for you. People naturally defer to authority, and sometimes that means looking the part. Dressing like an expert causes those around you to see you as an expert. They're more willing to listen, more trusting and genuine. However, it also changes how you view yourself. This isn't stealing valor or anything like that.
