Sermon on the Mount

In the “Sermon on the Mount,” Jesus Christ delivered some of his most memorable teachings. Taken from Matthew 5-7, this passage contains the oft-quoted Beatitudes and the Lord’s Prayer, among many other proverb-like sayings. This sermon is the Holy Bible’s longest uninterrupted passage of Jesus’ speaking, making it an accessible starting point for anyone looking for an introduction to Christ’s teachings. It also serves as a great devotional passage for dedicated Christians to revisit time and again.
