Theology 101

Since the age of the apostles, great scholars and lay Christians alike have reflected upon the meaning of Scripture, the nature of divinity, the call to discipleship, and countless other topics in our religious tradition. This practice, known as theology, is as important to Christian life today as ever.

And yet theology can sometimes seem remote from the everyday life of faith; too often, we view it as an obscure activity conducted in the ivory towers of academic life. Now, Boston College’s Fr. Richard Lennan remedies this misconception with an accessible and engaging overview of history’s most vital theological topics.

An expert theologian and brilliant teacher, Fr. Lennan guides you through the tasks, methods, and goals of theology in this masterful 12-lecture audio course. As you listen, you’ll gain valuable insight into your own faith.

Discover the profound relationship between the activity of theologians and the everyday world of living faith. Understanding theology will help you deepen your relationship with God and answer Jesus’ call to discipleship in our own time.

Join Fr. Lennan on this fascinating and insightful journey through our religious tradition. This course will enrich your mind and inspire your spirit.
