Can 'Artificially Intelligent Judge' be the solution in getting 'Unbiased & Speedy Trials' to the citizens of our country resulting in the reduction of 'Huge' pending 'Court cases'? 'Defendants have a fundamental right to Speedy trials' as per our 'Constitution of India'. Will 'Artificially Intelligent Judge' be helpful for complying with such clause in the constitution, to the citizens of our country? If introduced, will they only be useful in 'Civil court matters' or they can also be helpful in judging 'Criminal court' cases as well? © Shantanu Ghamande
